As a regular initiator of trainee placement, Prathima Infra has tie-ups with several institutes of repute, such as NICMAR and other Engineering Colleges. There are several trainee streams conducted at steady intervals, some of which are - Management Trainee Scheme for Post Graduate Engineers, Graduate Engineer Trainee Scheme for Graduate Engineers, Diploma Trainee Scheme for Diploma holders, ITI Trainee Scheme, etc. The company also inducts Trainees from Management Institutes.
